Baylor Medical Center is a six-story, $215-million facility in McKinney, Texas. This 95-bed, 332,000-square-foot hospital brought state-of-the-art healthcare to one of the fastest growing areas in the country. This hospital was completed in April of 2012 using an extremely punctual schedule along with Building Information Modeling (BIM). Baylor Medical Center at McKinney provides numerous health services ranging from an emergency room, to surgery, to labor delivery, ICU, and neurology. In addition, this facility has a design capability that could allow expansion up to four supplementary stories, thus bringing the city of McKinney a 10-story hospital.
