Rhonda Hodgson joined DynaTen in 2023, bringing 30 years of financial expertise and professionalism within the construction industry. As the Controller, Rhonda is pivotal in steering DynaTen to continued financial excellence in alignment with its strategic objectives. Her expertise in Accounting, Management, and Operations specific to the construction industry, equips her to enhance our accounting systems and processes. She focuses on optimizing financial performance and sustainable growth. Rhonda inspires a team culture centered around personal and business integrity. Her commitment to these values underscores her dedication to building a cohesive and high-performing team within DynaTen.
Barry Koontz serves as the Division Manager of the Controls Division. He started with the company in 2002 and has more than 37 years of experience in the HVAC controls field. He has completed numerous training certification courses and is also Tridium certified. He has managed projects ranging from Presidential Libraries to large hospitals. When away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and two granddaughters.
Barry’s hobbies include camping, boating, and snow skiing.
Angela Peterson joined DynaTen in 2023 bringing a wealth of financial experience spanning more than 30 years. In her role as Vice President of Finance, Angela plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing financial initiatives that align with the strategic objectives of DynaTen. She brings a comprehensive understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities inherent in the construction industry and has proven ability to navigate the intricacies of the construction field. Her keen financial acumen and leadership skills are instrumental in optimizing financial performance, fostering sustainable growth, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Angela holds BS in Accounting and International Business and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. She enjoys mentoring and building cross functional teams that increase innovation, improve employee engagement, and create a strong team culture. Angela values community involvement and has sat as Board Member to various Non-Profit Organizations.
Scott Pierce, Amarillo Division Manager, has been with DynaTen since 2004. He has more than 35 years construction experience, completed a four-year apprenticeship program with the United States Department of Labor, specializing in General Mechanics. Scott is driven to achieve and exceed performance goals while nurturing a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement. When away from work Scott enjoys fly fishing, golfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife Karyn and their two children.
Jessica Steates joined DynaTen in 2023 bringing more than 15 years of Human Resources experience, including international experience. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Additionally, she has a Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) and the Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential. Jessica is an active participant in the SMU HR Roundtable, SHRM Executive Network, and Dallas HR, demonstrating her passion for the HR Community. Jessica is dedicated to helping employees develop to their full potential, building and maintaining a positive company culture, and being a servant leader. When away from work, Jessica spends time with her husband, Thomas, and enjoys hiking, reading, and spoiling her many nieces and nephews.
Wesley Baker brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry to DynaTen. Wesley began his career as an Apprentice Pipefitter and served in several capacities, including roles in Project Operations, Project Executive, Vice President of Operations, Business Unit Leader and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. Wesley has completed the UA Local 100 Pipefitter Apprenticeship and holds a State of Texas HVAC “A” license as well as State of Texas Master Plumbers license with Med-Gas endorsement. He has completed Executive Leadership Programs from TEXO, UT McCombs Executive Program, MCAA Executive Program, as well as Executive Leadership training in Servant Leadership. Wesley is a Six Sigma Greenbelt and has taught multiple Lean Training Principles programs. He served as President of MCA Dallas, MCA Texas Board of Directors, UA JACT Apprenticeship Committee, and many other trade organization committees. Away from work, Wesley enjoys real estate investing, watching the grandkids play sports, live theater with his wife, and enjoying family fun time around the pool. He is married, to Pamela, and has seven kids and six grandchildren.
Kyle Hogue, President, started at DynaTen in 2020. Kyle has more than 26 years of experience. He has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Water Efficiency Manager (CWEP), and Certified Demand Side Manager (CDSM). Kyle values community involvement and is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, Kappa Sigma Alumni Association, Goodwill Industries of Dallas Board of Directors, and the Association of Energy Engineers. When away from work, Kyle enjoys golf, snow skiing, fly fishing, shotgun sports, and spending time with his wife Erin.
James Belota serves as a Vice President of Skilled Trades for DynaTen. With more than 42 years of experience in this profession and over 23 years at DynaTen, James also sits on the board for the Construction Education Foundation (CEF) and works as a mentor for upcoming craft professionals and leaders in the industry. He has completed a four year apprenticeship program through Tarrant County College of Business, is an HVAC State License Holder, and holds certifications in Sub-Class 100 Clean Room and Leadership Training from Comfort Systems USA. When away from work Mr. Belota enjoys golfing, biking, cooking, and family time with his daughter.
Mark Faulkenberry is the current Sr. Manager of Skilled Trades at DynaTen. Serving over 30 years with Dynaten and more than 41 combined years in the industry, Mr. Faulkenberrry credits his experience and education to Carrier HVAC and Service Training, OJT, and “everything else by doing it wrong and then having to correct it.” He is also EPA Certified and holds an OSHA-30 Certification. Mark prioritizes helping his team members be successful and helping them grow in the trade every day. When away from work, Mr. Faulkenberry enjoys spending time with his family, raising cattle, and hunting.
Rickey began his career at DynaTen as an apprentice 30 years ago and currently serves as a General Superintendent. He began his plumbing career by working on swimming pool plumbing and quickly learned mechanical plumbing when he joined DynaTen. Rickey holds a Master Plumber license with Medical Gas Endorsements, is OSHA-30 certified and his education comes CEF training. Rickey’s teaches by example, and works hands on with his team to teach them how to accomplish their tasks in order to be successful. When away from work, Rickey enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys vacationing on a cruise.
Michael Jolly serves as the current Vice President of Preconstruction at DynaTen. He started with the company in 2013 and has over 35 years of experience in this profession. Mr. Jolly earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. His community involvement includes mentoring and Bill Glass Behind the Walls Ministry. When away from work, Michael is an active tennis player and enjoys running, exercising, cooking and being with his wife Darby and three adult children Alexandra, Brock, and Savannah.
Grant joined DynaTen in January of 2022 as the Vice President of Service. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas and has over 26 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career from operations to sales. Grant has a passion for servant leadership, helping people develop and grow businesses. He truly believes that you are only as good as your team. When away from work, Grant enjoys spending time golfing and being on the lake with his wife, Allison, and their two children.
Scott Brady, CEO, has been with DynaTen since 2004. He earned a BSME from Texas A&M in 1980 and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Before joining DynaTen, he was President of the MEP Consulting Engineering firm Brady, Lohrman, and Pendleton Engineers for 17 years. With over 41 years of industry experience in engineering and mechanical contracting, Scott is known as an innovative industry leader. When away from work, Scott enjoys vintage car racing, watersports, and snow skiing.
Steve Jones serves as the current Director of Safety at DynaTen. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he achieved his certification as a SSH Specialist in Safety and Health for Construction, a certified SSH Specialist in Safety and Health for General Industry, and Certified Safety and Health Official COSHO. He started with the company in 2003 as a sheet metal superintendent, to a project engineer, to Job-Site Safety Coordinator and finally to his current position as Director of Safety since 2013. His favorite part of the job is mentoring the next generation of DynaTen employees. When away from work, Mr. Jones can be found spending time with his wife, four children and granddaughter fishing, camping, cooking, site seeing, and traveling.
William Eatmon is the current BIM and Fabrication Manager. He has spent his entire professional career of over 14 years at DynaTen. Mr. Eatmon completed CEF and is Autodesk Certified as well as making an appearance as an Autodesk Speaker in 2019. One of his favorite inspirational philosophies comes from Winston Churchill and reads, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.” When away from work, William can be found rebuilding classic trucks and spending quality time with his wife, son, and pets.
